About the Role:

At 10tation Event Catering, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, determining food portion sizes and costs, and preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate special events and ensure seamless execution
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to maintain profitability
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet high culinary standards
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure accuracy
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
