Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Hanbingo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the pastry arts department and overseeing the creation of high-quality desserts and baked goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Train and supervise pastry arts staff.
  • Ensure all desserts and baked goods meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu items.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a pastry chef or in a related role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where creativity and attention to detail are essential. As an Executive Pastry Chef, you will be working closely with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu items.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

30-40 hours per week.
