Senior Martial Arts Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Martial Arts Team Lead to join our team at Kaizen Martial Arts & Health. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the martial arts programs and teams, ensuring a high level of performance and achievement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of martial arts coaches and instructors
- Develop and implement training plans and schedules
- Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events
- Evaluate and analyze athlete performance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in martial arts coaching or management
- CPR Certification required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
