Landscaping Manager

JS Romana Landscaping is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and construction of outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including labor and material estimation.
- Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and landscape features.
- Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring high-quality results.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs.
- Tender and administer contracts with suppliers and contractors.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Manual dexterity and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
