Role Overview
ALISA CONSTRUCTION INC is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Contracts Secretary to support our procurement and contracts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and appointments, as well as managing contracts and providing administrative support.
Work Setting
The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate and have experience working in a construction environment. They will also have a strong understanding of budgetary responsibility, with a focus on managing contracts worth up to $1,500,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and appointments
- Manage contracts and provide administrative support
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Work independently and as part of a team
Required Skills and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Strong understanding of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Large workload and ability to prioritize tasks

- Organized and team player
- Quick learner and ability to adapt to new situations
Additional Information
This is a permanent full-time position, with a 30-hour workweek and a willingness to travel. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
