Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat clients with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team, stakeholders, and other Occupational Therapists to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Solid experience in the assessment and treatment of adults with complex conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing self-scheduling.
  • Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills, with proficiency in computers and new technology.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills, with a valid Driver's license and own vehicle.
