Airport Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Supervisor to join our team at Airport Traveller's Inn. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our airport facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Urban area experience, with a strong understanding of airport operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Initiative to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Judgement to make informed decisions and resolve conflicts.
- Organized to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Team player to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment.
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
