Job Title: Night Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Supervisor to join our team at Airport Traveller's Inn. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our airport facility during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain efficiency
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to ensure quality control
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a dynamic and fast-paced airport environment
  • Work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Be available to work overtime as needed
