About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at A2Z cash 'n' Carry. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position that requires attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
