CGR Employment Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Record Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Post journal entries
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
Work Environment:
- On-site customer service
- 40 hours per week
