Chef de Partie-TIC Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie-TIC to join our culinary team at Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our guests
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist with food preparation and presentation for special events and banquets
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or culinary setting
- Red Seal papers or equivalent experience
- Valid Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
