Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager/Leader at Maarut Inc, you will be responsible for delivering strategic initiatives that align with our organization's objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and issues;
  • Providing project status updates and reports to senior management;
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues;
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business needs and requirements;
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technologies, including MS Project and Asana.

Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and technologies;
  • Knowledge of digital health systems, programs, vendors, assets, and solutions in Ontario;
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall;
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools and technologies, including MS Project and Asana;
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment, with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
