Safety Manager

Alkan Air Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize hazards.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Accountable Executive to ensure effective safety management systems are in place.
- Lead safety training sessions and provide guidance to employees on safety protocols.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- 2+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
