Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Arctic Medical and Safety Supplies. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing store environment that meets our high standards.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise, ensuring timely receipt and accurate inventory levels.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
