Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Arctic Medical and Safety Supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, ensure a smooth and efficient sales floor operation, and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
