Yukon Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales staff, coordinating inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
