Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to our dental team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our clinic. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange seminars, conferences, and appointments, as well as coordinate activities with the HR department to ensure goals are met.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, while maintaining manual and computerized filing systems.
- Travel Arrangements: Book travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients, including greeting them and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Education: A college diploma or certificate from a program lasting 1-2 years.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Office, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
