Drafting Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Drafting Technician to join our team at STARLINE WINDOWS LTD. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, supervising other drafting personnel, and training new staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Supervise and mentor junior drafting personnel to ensure high-quality work and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement design standards and guidelines to maintain consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in drafting and design.
- Proficiency in CAD software and design principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
