Drafting Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Drafting Technician to join our team at STARLINE WINDOWS LTD. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, supervising other drafting personnel, and training new staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Supervise and mentor junior drafting personnel to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and prepare design sketches and technical reports to support project development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in drafting or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
