Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Lake Country Lodge Community & Retirement Living. As a LPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident's plan of care.
  • Ensure the safe and effective use of medications and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the Registered Nurse.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Practical Nursing.
  • Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses BC.
  • Successful annual completion of RAI MDS certification as per Ministry of Health requirements for AIS.
  • Current First Aid with CPR.
  • All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check.
