What You Could Be Doing

Some of the tasks involved in this role include:

  • Compiling and presenting data, submitting reports, and managing small improvement projects.
  • Integrating into each operations department on a rotating schedule, gaining experience in health & safety, production, quality, logistics, maintenance, and scheduling.
  • Developing improvement projects in each area.
  • Undergoing external development training, such as H&S, ISO Auditing, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Participating in helping Kingspan achieve Planet Passionate goals.

Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process involves:

  • Completing our online application form.
  • Submitting a short video interview.
  • Attending a Virtual Assessment Centre, comprising a group exercise, individual presentation, and final competency-based interview.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you should:

  • Be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2025.
  • Have no more than 12 months' work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.).
  • Be eligible to live and work permanently in Canada.
  • Have a Degree and/or Masters in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
