Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a culture that values excellent customer service through effective training, supervision, coaching, and talent management.
  • Review and implement Service Centre policies and procedures to improve the customer experience through high-quality service and rapport building.
  • Coach team members to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Recruit, develop, motivate, recognize, and hold accountable an Auto Service team that will meet established objectives and targets for sales and profitability.
  • Monitor the operating budget by tracking sales and expenses and ensure compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies.

Requirements:

  • Grade Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive service industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer and leadership skills.
