Job Summary

We are seeking an Automotive Service Technician Apprentice to join our team at Doyle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The successful candidate will have completed an apprenticeship program or hold a relevant certification, with 2-3 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance. You will be skilled in diagnosing and repairing complex issues with motor vehicles, as well as performing routine maintenance services.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems and components
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes and tire rotations
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
  • Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs
Requirements
  • Certificate or diploma in automotive trades
  • 2-3 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
