We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 2960 Don Mills Rd Apts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs. Additionally, they will be responsible for operating industrial vacuum cleaners, emptying trash cans, and making adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be required to work under pressure, handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and judgement. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising other workers, showing apartments and offices to prospective tenants, and performing safety and security checks.
