Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that properties are well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
