Senior Operations Director for Large-Scale Building Maintenance

About the Role
Purus Building Maintenance is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Director to oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources and managing budgets.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of senior staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
- Coordinate with regions, divisions, or departments to align goals, share best practices, and drive results.
- Establish clear objectives, policies, and procedures to guide decision-making and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Represent Purus Building Maintenance in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities, promoting the company's reputation and interests.
- Select, develop, and empower middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegating authority and creating an environment that fosters innovation and excellence.
