Job Details

We are seeking a skilled HR generalist to contribute to our Presbyterian Senior Living team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, management, and external partners

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HR software and technology, including time tracking and payroll systems
