Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Florentina Foods Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, tracking work orders, and coordinating activities with warehouse and production units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure efficient supply chain operations
  • Track and complete work orders in a timely manner
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
