RRL FREIGHT SYSTEMS LTD. is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to oversee the operational logistics of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate activities with other work units or departments.

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, arranging for maintenance and repair work, and ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries. Additionally, the candidate will maintain work records and logs, perform general office duties, and provide customer service.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as knowledge of dispatch management service software. They will also be responsible for scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
