About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dépanneur Sprint. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandise and Inventory: Manage the receipt, storage, and sale of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and that merchandise is displayed in a visually appealing manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including cash handling, sales reporting, and inventory control.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
