About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sports Experts. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always stocked with the latest products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise, manage inventory levels, and ensure that the store is always stocked with the latest products.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales floor staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising, and ensure that the store is always clean and well-maintained.
