Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Lala Ji's Pizzeria, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional meals.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
