Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Schindler Consulting. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions using various technologies and tools.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance to team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
Work Environment:

Our team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires individuals who are able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. We offer a hybrid work arrangement with 30 hours per week and a permanent work term.
