Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Manager to join our Talent and Culture Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Designing and implementing leadership development programs that drive business results.
  • Building and executing a communication plan to promote leadership development solutions.
  • Consulting on firm priorities that include a leadership development and coaching dimension.

Your Experience and Education

  • 8+ years of leadership development, executive development, and coaching experience in a fast-paced matrix environment.
  • 8+ years executing talent management strategies, including leadership development solutions for leaders at every level, with a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lens.
  • Master's degree in Leadership Development or a related field.
  • Completion of an ICF Accredited Coach Certification Program.
  • Completion of a Change Management Certification Program or relevant experience.
