About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Down East Hospitality Incorporated. As a Food Service Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, package take-out food, and take customers' orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation is preferred, but public transportation is available for those who do not have a vehicle.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Stand for extended periods, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for success in this role.
