Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Third Party Risk Management Associate to join our Procurement team at S.i. Systèmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of third-party risks and ensuring the effective implementation of our procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage third-party risks through the Supplier Engagement & Management System (SEMS)
  • Evaluate and escalate items to ensure timely action
  • Manage open action plans in SEMS
  • Develop and maintain program management documentation
  • Manage a Change Management repository to promote awareness of compliance and storage of related documentation
  • Monitor the storage of change-related documentation in the approved Book of Record
  • Provide advanced knowledge of change management principles, training, and communications
  • Report on issues as requested by management
  • Understand and apply TPRM Directive, ONFR guidelines, and other relevant third-party policy requirements
  • Perform periodic reviews of TPRM documentation
  • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancements to BMO's tools
  • Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management or Procurement at a major Canadian bank
  • Knowledge of SEMS (Supplier Engagement & Management System)
  • Advanced knowledge of change management principles, training, and communications
  • Understanding of TPRM Directive, ONFR guidelines, and other relevant third-party policy requirements
