Third-Party Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Third-Party Risk Management Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our third-party risk management, sourcing, and procurement efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Third-Party Risk Management: You will be responsible for managing third-party risk throughout the third-party lifecycle, including reviewing and drafting business requirements in legal documents, such as service level agreements (SLAs) and statements of work (SOWs).
- Sourcing and Procurement: You will assist with the third-party due diligence process, ensuring that processes are followed, and vendor questionnaires and assessments are completed.
- Vendor Management: You will identify issues and monitor trends, acting quickly to reduce risk in alignment with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policies and related standards.
- Contract Management: You will draft and respond to RFP, RFQ, RFI, in collaboration with internal partners and external partners for all project-related and BAU requirements.
- System Administration: You will assist in the administration of GRC System, Resolver, managing subscriptions and service renewals, verifying and updating user profiles.
- Education and Experience: You have a degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field and 2+ years in third-party risk management, sourcing or procurement.
- Interpersonal Skills: You have superior communication skills, and an appreciation for diverse backgrounds, experiences, and approaches.
- Accountability: You work with a sense of ownership in accordance with established priorities, and you are ready to take on whatever responsibilities are required to complete deliverables on time.
