About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team at AIRTEK HEATING AND COOLING SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the long-term financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Control
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Financial Systems and Processes
    • Design and implement effective financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
    • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
