  • Oversee contract adherence across locations to ensure alignment with the company's operational commitments and customer promises.
  • Act as a key resource and mentor for site managers, providing guidance on improving operational performance and customer service.
  • Lead the recruitment and development of site managers, focusing on building a high-performing team that aligns with business goals and values.
  • Ensure the region meets or exceeds financial objectives, including sales and profitability goals, through effective management of site operations.
  • Develop and implement action plans for underperforming sites, ensuring continuous improvement in key operational areas.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing and operational initiatives for maximum impact on regional business performance.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.
  • At least 7 years of management experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability to drive results.
  • Experience in retail operations, sales, or business development is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan).
