Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate special events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs, maintaining profitability and quality standards.
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements, collaborating with our culinary team to deliver innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory management.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, adhering to our high culinary standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and customers.
  • Order supplies and equipment, supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring efficiency.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, upholding our commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and physical demands.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on teamwork and time management.
What We Offer
