Job Summary

X-Axis Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
