Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Supervisor to join our team at The Glencoe Club. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless event execution.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service and create a positive experience for members and guests
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with staff, kitchen brigade, and supervisors
  • Address member concerns and complaints promptly and communicate with relevant team members
  • Assist in training and development of new employees and ongoing training of current staff
  • Plan and execute banquet event details, including special set-ups
  • Oversee daily operations and service of 29 Degrees
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the food and beverage service industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, organize, and engage in training and service delivery
  • High standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity
  • Attention to detail and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional service skills, food and beverage knowledge, and inventory control
