About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Representative to join our team at ADEC ADESA Auction Canada Corp. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities in the wholesale automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and grow new and existing accounts by executing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to current users, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze and identify market trends, changes, and implications, developing objectives and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, manage, and follow up on leads received through various channels, including trade shows and referrals.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with TradeRev users and partners, ensuring open communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Account Updates:
  • Manage and update leads and current client accounts within the designated territory, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Dispute Resolution: Maintain calm and diplomatic composure in dispute resolution situations, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience managing multiple clients and/or accounts, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to analyze market trends.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel daily within the designated territory, with a valid Canadian driver's license and reliable transportation.
