Fleet Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Fleet Department as a Transportation Support Specialist.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our team. As a Transportation Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the Dispatch and Management teams.
Responsibilities- Investigate and track complaints, compliments, and feedback regarding drivers stationed across Ontario.
- Support accident investigation, reporting, and filing of information.
- Ensure the cleanliness of all vehicles and maintain adequate supplies for driver vehicles.
- Assist with record keeping, data entry, tracking, and filing.
- Set up, update, and troubleshoot driver mobile devices, cameras, and tracking systems.
- Provide coverage for vehicle-related issues in the Fleet Department.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers and companies/governing bodies.
- Work with HR to support drivers on various leaves.
- Support recruitment and training as needed.
- Post-secondary education considered an asset.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience with ADP Workforce Now an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self-motivated.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health and dental insurance, RRSP matching, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
