Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our branch. Your role will involve handling client requests, maintaining office supplies, and assisting Financial Advisors and Client Associates with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
  • Maintain office supplies, including marketing and new account opening materials
  • Support Financial Advisors and Client Associates with administrative tasks, such as mass mailings and expense reports
  • Plan and coordinate client and vendor events
  • Provide IT support and order necessary equipment and upgrades
Requirements
  • 1+ year of general office experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent people and organizational skills
