Job Description

As a Network Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing level 1, 2 and 3 IT support to our clients.
  • Monitoring issues detected in the management platform, environment security and external backups with clients.
  • Managing Cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Preparing, configuring, repairing and deploying computers and network equipment.
  • Participating in the deployment of new environments and migrations of existing environments at customers.
  • Collaborating with the IT management team on client/internal projects.

Responsibilities also include writing technical documentation and following up with the rest of the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A DEC or AEC in computer science.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Intune.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 7, 10 and Office 2010-2019.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2003-2019) and Microsoft technologies.
  • Bilingualism (oral and written).
  • A valid driving license.
  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience as a systems administrator.
