Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Program Management Professional to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives within Interac. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

You will be responsible for leading program scope, goals, and deliverables, developing detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets, and tracking progress against milestones and KPIs. Additionally, you will partner with Business Owners, Product Managers, and Product Owners to ensure strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP/PgMP certification considered an asset.
• Proven experience as a program manager or lead, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience managing complex programs and initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively and develop creative solutions.
• Experience with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines effectively.
• Strong commitment to quality, excellence, and continuous improvement, with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering value to stakeholders.
