Join Dynamo Fencing Club as a highly skilled and experienced Fencing Coach, where you will have the opportunity to develop and implement training and practice sessions for our competitive sports team.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional coach with a passion for fencing who can motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating athletes' or team's performance and observing and evaluating prospective athletes' skills and performance.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of professional sports organization principles. You will work closely with our team to plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions that meet the needs of our athletes.

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include bonus opportunities, a non-smoking work environment, and international travel opportunities.

In addition to your coaching expertise, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders.
