Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

About the Job: We are seeking an experienced coach to lead our training programs and develop the skills of our athletes. As a Tactical Performance Coach, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training sessions that help our athletes improve their performance and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans that address the physical and technical needs of our athletes.
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events and games by analyzing their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive feedback to improve overall results.
  • Analyze and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance to identify potential talent.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure consistency and quality in our training programs.

Requirements and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in a related field such as sports science or coaching.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional sports organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with athletes, coaches, and staff.
  • The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions about athlete development.
  • A proven track record of success in developing athletes' skills and improving performance.
