About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a FP&A Manager for the General Account.

About the Role:

As a FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis requirements for the General Account.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial planning and analysis for the General Account
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting
  • Analysis of financial results and review of analysis prepared by others
  • Detection of aberrations and provision of commentary on specific areas of focus
  • Forecasts and annual planning for GA business
  • Investigation of trends, key metrics, preparation of presentation decks, and ad hoc requests
  • Drive completion and improvement in execution implementation of the expense factor recovery process
  • Work directly with Senior Management to ensure their understanding of key performance indicators
  • Build relationships with business partners across Investments, GWAM, GAMs, and Segment and Corporate Finance teams

About the Role:

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
  • MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
  • Typically, 5 or more years of experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting/finance and a high level of business acumen
  • Diligent, well-organized, and excellent analytical skills
  • Self-starter and great teammate with high initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to gather, synthesize, organize, and report information
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a demanding and deadline-oriented environment
